Leannes 10 week update using Super African Mango

So, as the title states, its been 10 weeks that I have been taking the Super African Mango extract for now and I am pleased to tell you that I have lost a total of 4kg. At first I didnt think this sounded like a lot, but then Mike told me this was the equivalent of 3/4 of a block of butter a week and this made me feel a lot better 🙂  I have been consistently loosing 400 grams  each week i have been taking the Super African Mango.

A surprising thing about Super African Mango

I think the really surprising thing for me is where I have lost the fat from – my stomach and butt.  Im sure its coming off other areas too, but these are the areas where it is most noticeable for me.  I thought you had to do sit ups to loose belly/abdominal fat? I can tell my abdominal fat has halved already.  Yippee.

Irvingia Gabonensis still on the tree.

I am still loving taking the Super African Mango and have come to the conclusion that what ever i am doing, dont change it, as its working.

Dont get me wrong, its not all easy and I am really trying to stay focused and “on track”.  I am still walking 2-4 times a week, depending on this terrible, un predictable summer weather we are having.  I have managed to get in 3 swims since January.  Burr Burr.  Im sure I burned fat just from the shivering in the cold water.

Super African Mango the miracle product for me

I still really think the Super African Mango is the miracle product for me.  I feel really good taking it, it really helps to control my appetite, which helps with my portion control, I hardly crave for carbohydrates and if I do, its because my previous meal was not balanced well enough.  As well as this, I am feeling so much better about the way my body looks.  Im sure my blood pressure will improve with the more fat I loose.  Still a long way to go though, as I probably need to loose another 10kg.

Let me know how you are going.  What a great way to start the year, getting rid of our excess fat and get healthier! Good on us.

I have been taking african mango for fives weeks now with no weight loss,i have been eating less and my craving have gone and i feel fuller afer taking african mango. I’am just wondering if it is worth while taking them as i have not lost any weight.

Hi That is good that you have had those benefits with eating less, your cravings and feeling fuller. My suggestion would be to take your measurements and see if you have lost inches, rather than weight. This is not uncommon. If you have obtained the benefits above, i would have thought that these are positive and worth staying on the product for.

    Hi Leanne

Are you doing a detox at the same time as taking the tablets? What are you normally eating in a day?

    • leannejames says:

Yes me, Avalon and Kerry all did a detox. I will try and get all the info up about that soon. They kept a diary for me. I just need to put the info up. Keep an eye out for the update on that post.

Myself, i am having 1 piece of toast for breakfast with my sister in-laws delicious Waiheke herbs Herb Spread (you can get it from farro – Its truely addictive), and hummus, sometimes 2 poached eggs on 1 piece of toast. For lunch i have salmon sushi, chicken salad, or a meat sandwich, i have a piece of fruit at about 4.30 and meat, salad, vegies (not root), corn on the cob at the moment for dinner. I try and keep the carbs low (even though im having in season corn, but just 1/2 a cob) I am making a point of not eating after my dinner, which i know for me makes a huge difference. I have 1 coffee a day, at about 10am, 2 cups of tannin and caffeine free tea (Madura brand – naturally free of these things – only 2.8% caffeine) and then just water, apart from white wine, which i have in the evening too.

    Sorry another question

How many tablets are you taking in a day?

    • leannejames says:

Hi I am taking 2 capsules in the morning. I have had many different people contact me asking me about the correct dosage. 1 lady told me she had a real problem after taking just 1 capsule, where other people told me that they want to take more than 2 capsules a day. Other people have said that taking 1 capsule twice a day didnt work at all for them, but by taking 2, they definitely noticed the effect. I am happy at 2 capsules, in the morning, before i eat breakfast. On 4 occasions i have taken 2 capsules twice a day, but as i have been taking it every day for 3 months now, I think i have such a build up in my body that 2 is plenty for me. Thanks

    Hi Leanne,
I am thinking to buy this product for my mum who needs to lose at least 5 kilo in order to have an operation. However, my concern is that she is diabetic and have a high blood pressure. Do you know any side affects especially in those areas? Thank you

    • leannejames says:

HI Hopefully your mum is seeing her doctor about those health problem and is taking medication to help?

The African mango definitely alters blood sugar levels, so this would be a major consideration for your mum. 1 lady has told us that she took 1 capsule and she felt really unwell, which i believe (after hearing of the symptoms she experienced) was a sudden drop in blood sugar levels. If this happened to a diabetic, this would not be good, so in your mums case,(and a diabetics case) unless she was under the guidance of a health practitioner she was working with, I would not recommend it.

I have high blood pressure and take medication for this, but i have not noticed this product has been a problem at all.

I hope this helps with your decision making.
