Super African Mango Seed Extract. Are you taking it too?

As I’m getting older, I am definitely finding it harder to maintain my weight at a level that is considered to be healthy for my height and age.  Maybe this is because I am less active than I was previously.  I don’t think my food choices have altered that much, but still,  I just have to look at something yummy (carb and/or fat based) and find I put on a kg or 2.  At the moment, I weigh more than I ever have before (even when I was pregnant 25 years ago!).

Yes, I know all of the rules and tips and what I am Suppose to be doing, but all in all, it is  a constant consideration of what is going in my mouth and how I am utilising this fuel.  I know its about input and out put, but even with this knowledge, I really do struggle.

I think one of my main problems is not feeling satisfied after a meal and as soon as I become bored or idle, I think of carbs and or fats and what can I have.   I believe if I can loose that pre occupation with the What can I eat, I will be 10 steps ahead and would find it easier to loose fat.

So when I heard about the African Mango Seed Extract, I decided to give it a try.  Because I have high blood pressure, I have to be careful what I take, as so many of the weight loss products use stimulants and these would only make my blood pressure worse than it is now.

I have tried heaps of natural weight loss products and have had varying results with these.  When I first started the Super African Mango, I didnt expect a lot from it.  Call me cynical,  but there is a lot of hype out there, especially when it comes to the latest and greatest fat loss product,  and I do not get caught up in any of it.  Instead, I would rather trial it myself and go with my personal experience &/or that of my customers who have also tried it.

So I started taking the Super African Mango Seed Extract about 3 weeks ago.  I have been taking 2 capsules each morning and dont think I have missed a dose.

This is what I have found while taking it.

Like a number of natural plant based weight loss products, the results/effects can take a while to experience.  I did find this with the African mango too.  It probably took 4 or 5 days before I noticed a real difference.

I have noticed 2 main differences since I have been taking the product.   The first is with my blood sugar levels.  I personally notice quite dramatic swings in my blood sugar levels.  Mornings are often a problematic time for me, especially if I do not eat soon enough.  I can feel nauseated and unwell.  Since I have been taking the Super African mango, I have noticed a huge difference in this feeling.  In fact, I can honestly say, that since I have been taking Super African mango, my blood sugar levels have felt very stable in the morning particularly and much better during the day.

The 2nd effect I have noticed is with my appetite.   Ive already mentioned this is one of my problems – controlling my appetite and not over eating and being able to control those cravings.  Well Its almost like a switch has been turned off in my brain.  After taking the Super African Mango I can honestly say I have noticed a dramatic change in my appetite.  Where before I was always looking for something after a meal, at 4pm and in the evening, I no longer get this pre occupation.  I can have my dinner and do not think about eating at all after this.   I finally feel satisfied (What a relief)

An exciting thing that has happened (that i havnt told many people about) is that now when I get on my Balance board and use my Nintendo Wii Fit, my “Mii” is slimmer and my BMI has gone down (obviously as my weight has dropped), which is exciting.  I really love this change, which has only happened since I have been taking the Super African Mango.  Yippee.

The only “negative” thing I have noticed is some days, I DO feel like I would like to take another 1 or 2 capsules, especially around 1pm, to help with my appetite in the afternoon and evening.   The only reason why I say this is a negative, is I will plough through my bottle a lot faster.

I look forward to continuing to notice these exciting changes while taking Super African Mango and would LOVE to know of your experience with this product and encourage you to share these with us on this blog post.

Hi It specifically states on the label of my bottle to not exceed the recommended dosage of 2 capsules daily. As i have commented on my blog before, there are days when i have taken a 2nd dose of 2 capsules, however i have probably only done this half a dozen times now. One thing i should have done when i first started taking the Super African Mango was to take my measurements. I know my abdominal fat is less and also from my butt, so would strongly suggest you consider taking these measurements and Im sure you will notice improvement in these the longer you take it. Good luck with your fat loss goals and remember to drink a good amount of water every day.

The key really is the milligram amount of the african mango seed extract. Our Super African mango contain 600mg in each capsule. This means you are taking a total of 1200mg of African Mango Seed Extract a day.

Can the capsules be taken apart and powder emptied into a glass of water to take or are they solid pills? (I can’t take pills). Or is there anywhere to buy this in another form (powdered or liquid)? Thanks heaps :)

There is no reason why you could not do this. Mix them with a little water and still try and have these 30 minutes before food. Most capsules can taste quite bad, but I am surprised by the yummy taste of these. If i do get a “bounce back” of them, the taste is a nice fruity almost chocolaty taste.

Hi Yes it could be. Honestly, how much water do you drink every day? When your body is eliminating toxins, if you are not drinking enough water to help to flush these out through your kidneys, your body can compensate for this and use another eliminative organ, like your skin, to eliminate these.

Most of us needs a minimum of 2 litres of water a day, sipped consistently throughout the day, rather than all at once. Most herb teas (not green tea though) can be counted as part of this water intake.

A good way to start the day, is to squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon into water and drink this.
