Here’s a couple we know of

Irish Soda Bread 

4 cups  Soda bread flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda (sift to remove lumps)
50 grams lard
2 cups Buttermilk (approx)

Turn oven onto 220C

Mix ingredients together, being careful to not overmix.  Mould into 3 rounds.  They can be baked in this shape or slightly flattened.

Turn the oven down to 200C and bake for approx 20 minutes.

Candida Bread

1 1/4 cups brown rice flour
2 eggs
3/4 cup safflower or rice bran oil
1 1/2 cups grated carrot
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pure vanilla essence
3 tbls plain unflavoured unsweetened yoghurt

Mix altogether and bake for 1 hour at 180C, in a pre heated oven.
