Leannes Update on Super African Mango

I thought I should give you an update on my use of the Super African Mango Extract Supplement.

I have been taking this for 5 weeks now and I am really pleased with the results I have had from this.  So far, I have lost 3kg and this is without exercising at all (imagine if I had exercise!) .   People have commented that my butt looks  smaller and my stomach a bit flatter.  I  can definitely feel that my cloths are not as tight, so this is great.

For me, the main positive (apart from losing the 3kg) has been that I have lost my obsession with snacking and also the whole “What can I eat” feeling.  I am not as pre occupied with food generally and managed to get through the festivities with not only no snacking, but I also have not felt like drinking as much alcohol either (which has to be good).

I am really focused and want to loose weight, so I am sure this is helping too.  When I make my mind up that I am going to do something,  I find it easy to “stay strong” so with this determination to be slimmer and the help I am getting from the Super African Mango with my appetite, I feel like my goal to lose all of this excess body fat is truly accomplishable.

I have continued to take the 2 capsules first thing in the morning and on the 25th and 26th, I took this twice a day to help my appetite with all the yummy food around.

I have only noticed 1 negative and that is I seem to be a little more constipated, so am having to really watch my water intake to make sure this is not a problem.  I am often a bit slack with my water drinking, so this is helping me to keep this level up.

I will report back in another month and hope I can tell you I have lost a couple more kilos.

I would love to know how it is working for you and what you have found from taking this product.

Is it ok to take the African Mango Supplement more than once daily?

I personally have taken it more than once a day, especially on those days when my cravings are strong. For a lot of people, they don’t take it until the afternoon (their first dosage of the day) because their problem is more in the afternoon and the evening. Thanks

I see on the web they also recommend taking it combined with Acai Berry and Sea Buckthorn.

Its up to you. The African Mango provides help with your appetite. It thought lots of the american sites were promoting it with a product called Metaburn. A thermogenic product would be the closest to this, like the Thermo XS or Thermoslim. Here are links

      or this

You would not want to take either of these suggested products if you could not take stimulants like caffeine or products that contains stimulants or if you were pregnant or breastfeeding.

There are no products like this that would be recommended while breastfeeding. The reason for this is the lack of studies of its use, during breastfeeding.

I am thinking about trying this but the price is a little offputting. Like you I find myself snacking a lot and feeling starving even if I have just eaten a meal 20 mins ago. One thing I have read about African Mango is that it can boost energy. Did you find this? I struggle with fatigue and wondered if this may help – as well as help me loose weight. Thanks!

Yes I have felt more energetic. Not speedy at all, but my general stamina has been better. I have been monitoring my blood pressure carefully and this has not increased due to this product, so that has been great. All in all, I love this product and want to continue to take it. I will do another update this friday on my progress.

I started taking this 2 weeks ago. I haven’t seen too much improvement in terms of weight loss but I have had a nasty cold for the past week. What I have noticed is that my appetite is much less and i dont think about food as often as I used to. My ability to resist junk food has increased as I dont have cravings and am not tempted by bad food. It’s like a switch has gone off and junk food doesn’t interest me anymore. If I do indulge I can have a few chips etc without feeling the desire to keep on eating. Prior to getting a cold I also noticed my energy levels increase and now that I am on the mend I am keen to get in to the exercise. Feeling exhausted at the end of the day was always a huge barrier to exercising but with the increased energy I’m looking forward to getting into this again.

That is fantastic. This is what it has been like for me too. The junk food is not an issue and it is so much easier for me to resist or even say no to food that in the past i would have not been able to stop thinking about, if they had been available or offered to me.

Do remember that often when you have had a cold or the flu, your iron levels drop, as many viruses and bacteria use iron to reproduce. This can be a contributor to the continued fatigue after illness. So if you find the fatigue continue once you are well, this may be something that needs to be looked at. Symptoms of low iron include fatigue, light headedness, especially when bending down and then standing, breathlessness (especially when walking up hills or stairs) headaches, an inability to switch your brain off at night time to fall asleep and emotional erraticness.

    Hi Leanne,
Have you done another update from this one to let us know how your loss is going?
I have just started taking them today…I had a cheap brand (they were crap) so am really looking forward to trying some that might actually work!
